Network Configuration Requirements for allowing clients to connect to ESET Remote Administrator remotely

Hello!

 

The connection related to this configuration (between mobile phone and our server) is encrypted in some way?

The question is: do we need an SSL certificate to encrypt the connection between the phone and our firewall? I'm asking because I can't find anything related to the security of that connection and we're working to set up that service.

Hello,

 

the communication between ERA server and mobile client is encrypted.

The updates are not encrypted as far as they are protected and verified by digital signatures.
