Updating Linux ESET RA to v6.2

Hi,

We have been trying to update our ESET RA server to v6.2

Have attempted to run the Components Upgrade task as specified here: hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3668/with no success. There is a possiblility that we may have missed as step as the RA server itself does not have an agent installed on it. We do not use systemd.

 

Installed OS: CentOS 6

Current ESET Remote Administrator (Server), Version 6.1.530.0

Current ESET Remote Administrator (Webconsole), Version 6.1.334.0

 

If there are any details on doing an manual update or if someone can clarify updating via the Components Upgrade task that would be helpful.

Hello, what is the error message in the task execution pane?

Also, is there any related message in the ERA server's log?
