Administrators Solution Marcos 5,466 Posted July 13, 2015 Administrators Solution Posted July 13, 2015 Make sure that you have the username and password entered correctly in the ERA Update setup and that the U/P belongs to the product you attempt to update (e.g. do not use a license for ESET Endpoint Antivirus to create a mirror for ESET Endpoint Security).
