cristie 0
Hi, I have a number of 19 ESET Nod 32 Antivirus licenses to activate/renew on 19 workstations. Because i have command line access on all the 19 workstations, i would preffer to activate them using command line rather than normal way. Now the question: is in possible to activate ESET Nod 32 Antivirus from command line? Thank you!
Administrators Marcos 4,716 Posted April 6, 2015 Administrators Share Posted April 6, 2015 It's not possible to control the program from command line due to security reasons. There's one exception to this - eshell in server products that does this in a safe manner by signing scripts you run. With 19 computers in LAN, you should consider installing ESET Remote Administrator to manage ESET on the computers.
rugk 397
However to use ERA you also have to use the business products from ESET. As I assume that you don't have 19 computers in your home LAN it might not be a problem and you can use ERA to fully manage all clients from one point.
