zakergfx 0 Posted 4 hours ago Share Posted 4 hours ago Hello, We have an issue since this tuesday. Almost all of our computers have ESET Service consuming high cpu usage. It consumes like 30-40 % of cpu for no reason. There is no module update, or scan in progress When we reboot computers it is fixed for some hours but then the issue appear again. Administrators Marcos 5,364 Posted 4 hours ago Administrators Share Posted 4 hours ago Please carry on as follows: When the issue occurs, enable advanced operating system logging under Tools -> Diagnostics -> Enable Operating system advanced logging in the advanced setup After 30-60s stop logging Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive to a safe location (e.g. OneDrive, Dropbox,...) and drop me a personal message with a download link.
