    Hello, Today we had issues connecting to one of our application (3CX) because the address seemed to have been blocked by ESET as shown by the screenshot. However we did not do any changes (no update of client/server) and we can't explain why it is triggered today. Could it come from ESET that strengthened the PUA blacklist or something like that ? Or could it come something else i don't think about ? Thank you for your help.

    Hello, We have 700 computers connected to our EI Server. However i noticed that when the server goes offline for some time, he get spammed when he's back online since all clients have been caching data locally while the server was offline. Is there any way to change the local storage max size from 1GB to like 100MB directly on all computers ? Without having to "manually" edit the eiconnector.policy.ini file ? Or are there a easier way to deal with the problem i have ? Thank you for the help

    Hello, Is there an easy way to totally stop listening to events from some clients temporarly without uninstalling the EI agent ? Also some days ago I created a rule that gets too many matches and it is quickly filling the RAM. Even though i deleted the rule i keep receiving alerts today from days ago. Is it possible to tells the clients to remove all events they have collected so that they stop spamming the server ? Thank you.

    Hello, Are there any way to edit a rule that exists by default so that we can customize the automatic actions taken in case of of detection. For example edit this rule so that it kill the process instead of just marking it as script. Thank you

    Hello, I'm trying to update the ESET Inspect Connector agent on PC automatically (which mean that if a new version of the agent is out tomorrow, it will be updated without any interaction). To do so i tried using the Module update and ESET Protect product upgrade tasks. However it does not seem to do update the eset inspect agent. Are there any way to do it ? Thank you
