ESET FDE - Failing

Anyone else having issues with FDE not working, seems currently to be affecting Lenovo and Microsoft surface devices

We have a ticket logged with ESET support but thought i would also post here.

If you have not been asked already, please can you acquire the following logs: https://support.eset.com/en/kb7123-eset-encryption-diagnostics-tool and submit them to the agent handling your case. These should include the appropriate information to assist you with your issue.

Unfortunately based on this screenshot alone, I would not be able to advise you as to what the issue may be.

Thanks Kiera, posted here to see if anyone else had experienced issues and found a fix, we have already provided logs and the UK team and escalated to HQ, we will wait for a response from them
