ESET Taking Up Nearly 700 GB of Disk Space!

I've been having a problem with my 1TB HDD suddenly filling up. I downloaded a program called Tree Size to determine where my disk space was being used, and was shocked to see that ESET is taking up nearly 700 GB of disk space! The majority of the disk space (667.3 GB) is being used by "Diagnostics." See attached screenshot.

This can't be normal. I'd appreciate if someone could explain why this is happening and, more importantly, what I can do to fix it. Thanks in advance!

You had or still have diagnostic logging enabled.

Please open the advanced setup, navigate to Tools -> Diagnostics and make sure no diagnostic logging is enabled. Then delete the content of the C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET Security\Diagnostics folder.
