ESET Internet Security appears to interfere with FileCenter.exe

Lucion Technologies (FileCenter.exe) tech support says ESET appears to be interfering with it. They said to change ESET's settings to "allow" (not block) FileCenter. I'm not a "techie", just an old man who wants the program to work. Where and how do I change a setting in ESET Internet Security so that it doesn't conflict with my FileCenter document management system? Thanks in advance.

I've installed a trial version of FileCenter but didn't notice any issues with ESET installed. Please provide step-by-step instructions how to reproduce the issue.
