Hello,

I'm have problem Login failed: Connection has failed with state ''Not connected'' on ESET Security Management Center

And service of ESET Security Management Center Server couldn't start also. That show alert as the picture.

I'm using version 7.2.1278 because we have many machines that still install windows XP and Windows 7image.png.33aaa7dcbab50360c8d786d50bcce088.png

 

Can anyone help me fix this problem?

ESMC 7.2 reached EOL in December 2022: https://support-eol.eset.com/en/policy_business/product_tables.html

The latest version in full support is v11.0. Please install it and re-deploy agent on clients so that they connect to the new ESET PROTECT server.

We don't have any products for Windows XP, those reached EOL quite a long time ago. As for Windows 7, the latest version of Endpoint that supports it is 9.1 which will reach EOL in November 2025.

The latest version of the management Agent with support for Windows 7 is 10.0 which will reach EOL in June 2025.
