I've noticed up to 9 scans running at once, some potentially leftover from previous days. This is causing significant slowdowns during operation Notebook. Can you advise on how to: Cancel any leftover scans from previous days ? Configure ESET to only start a new scan once the previous one finishes? Administrators Marcos 5,267 Posted June 26 Administrators Share Posted June 26 Unfortunately scans started from ESET PROTECT cannot be stopped. Have the user reboot the machine to stop all the scans. If you want to run a disk scan on a regular basis with an option for users to be able to cancel or pause the scan, use Scheduler in a product policy and enable the appropriate option: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
