Administrators Marcos 5,267 Posted June 10 Administrators Share Posted June 10 If you have the latest version 17.1.13 installed and experiencing the issue, please generate a dump of ekrn.exe via the advanced setup -> Tools -> Diagnostics -> Create (dump). Then create a dump of egui.exe via the Task manager: When done, collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive along with the dump of egui.exe zipped in an archive here.
