akenyon23 0 Posted April 29 Share Posted April 29 We recently upgraded from Debian 11 > 12. We installed the eraagent, which upon install connects fine and continues to phone home regularly for a couple of days. Eventually the agent service will fail and will not start up again and throws the following error: eraagent.service: Failed to parse PID from file /run/eraagent.pid: Invalid argument The only fix we have come across so far is to reinstall the agent, but the same issue occurs after a couple of days again.
