akenyon23 0 Posted April 29 Posted April 29 We recently upgraded from Debian 11 > 12. We installed the eraagent, which upon install connects fine and continues to phone home regularly for a couple of days. Eventually the agent service will fail and will not start up again and throws the following error: eraagent.service: Failed to parse PID from file /run/eraagent.pid: Invalid argument The only fix we have come across so far is to reinstall the agent, but the same issue occurs after a couple of days again. Anyone have any idea why this keeps happening or could point me in the right direction? Appreciate any help!
ESET Staff MartinK 384 Posted May 20 ESET Staff Posted May 20 I would recommend to contact your ESET representatives = open support ticket. This issues seems to be not reproducible in our environments, and analysis will require more logs to be provided from the affected system.
