Animalware Scan Interface (AMSI) integration has failed

On startup today the ESET software is displaying a red notice with above message. I'm running Windows 10. How do I fix it?

Do you have the latest version 17.1.11 installed? Does disabling AMSI integration, clicking OK and re-enabling it resolve the issue?

The version installed is 17.0.16.0 (ESET Internet Security)

It is giving me green ticks saying everything is up-to-date as per last update today at 14:15:30 GMT.

I rebooted twice but no luck

Manually running update should force upgrade to v17.1.11. Alternatively you can download and install it from ESET's website https://www.eset.com/int/download-home/.
