Saying "an unidentified botnet was detected"; is unsolved; was detected.

I use ESET PROTECT CLOUD,
There was the unsolved detection by a firewall.
The warning sentence was displayed saying "an unidentified botnet was detected".
Is this false detection? Or will it be necessary to cope by any addition?

The address address is 202.182.98.100.
