Scan window closes after module update without scanning

I have tried to run a scan a few times and the window closes after updating the module about 3 times. It never gets to the actual scan. Is there possibly a virus stopping it from scanning or does anyone have an idea why this is happening? Thanks.

Please raise a support ticket. The only thing that occurs me is that the program is crashing and egui is restarted so further investigation will be needed.
