Georgi Stoychev 0 Posted March 11 Posted March 11 Hello, I am not sure if this question has been asked already or not, but we would like to know if there is a way to populate the "User" and "Detection name" fields in the notifications that we receive via email? See the attached screenshot.

Nevertheless, if you can reproduce the issue please report it to technical support to find out if it's a bug or misconfiguration of notifications. The "User" field may be empty especially if the detection occurred if no user was logged on.
