ESET internet home security compatability with Windows Security. Conflicts? Redundancies?

Is ESET home internet security compatible with Windows 11 security, i.e. are there conflicts or redundancies between them that do/might cause security issues?

If you mean Windows Defender, Windows automatically deactivates Defender's real-time protection as soon as a 3rd party AV's real-time protection registers to the Windows Security Center.
