I need to get information about my assets, network interfaces, alerts, vulnerabilities ... What would be the best course of action in order to achieve this ? I don't see any routes allowing to do this on the API documentation, some other posts suggest to se reports

There's a link to contact technical support at the bottom of the page https://support.eset.com. By going a few steps through the wizard you will get to an option to open a support ticket. The wizard can be accessed also through the main gui of ESET products (Help and support -> Technical support).
