How do I see the results of Safe search on edge Browser with eset browser extension

The situation is very similar to firefox in this link

Only Google and Bing are supported at the moment.

As to why no icons are displayed, most likely you have a browser extension installed that somehow affects the way websites are rendered in the browser. Logs collected with ESET Log Collector from time when the browser is running would be needed. Please raise a support ticket.
