Please sign up first and re-post in the appropriate product forum while providing:
- logs collected with ESET Log Collector
- a Procmon log from launching Firefox.

Are you positive that the issue goes away after temporarily uninstalling ESET and returns as soon as you install the latest version 16.2.15 with default settings?

Firefox or Edge will not work with ESET Internet Security!

They both freeze and so slow unusable!

Please sign up first and then provide:
1, Logs collected with ESET Log Collector when your default browser is running. If necessary, disable Banking and payment protection in order to be able to launch it. Does the issue occur also if you attempt to launch the secure browser via the desktop BPP shortcut?

2, A Procmon log from launching the browser when it stops responding.
