Email not registered issue

Hi,

stating that from ESET HOME I can see my email address, when I try to reset my settings password where it is asked me to enter my ESET HOME email, it says that my email is not registered.

Could you please help me ?

I need to resert my user settings password.

I don't know if you have created an ESET HOME account or not but there's no EH account nor a license registered with your forum email address. Please provide your public license ID in the form of XXX-XXX-XXX.

It's a dodgy license registered to "a aa" from Sri Lanka and the email address cXXXXXXX5@gmail.com.

Where did you get or purchase the license from?

In the above case it could be resolved by purchasing a license from an authorized ESET partner or reseller.
