Hello @Marcos , one of our clients is experiencing an issue with ESET blocking their URL. We have found that disabling the HTTP scanning under web access protection resolves the issue.

We have attempted to exclude the URL in both URL and performance exclusions, but it has not been successful. Can you provide guidance on how we can resolve this issue?

Did you try excluding the app or IP address from protocol filtering? What ESET product / version do you use?

Please carry on as follows:

  1. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
  2. Reproduce the issue
  3. Stop logging
  4. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.

Neither diagnostic logs nor a SysInspector log were collected.

Please carry on as follows:

  1. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
  2. Reproduce the issue
  3. Stop logging
  4. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector (just click Collect, do not select/deselect anything which is not by default) and upload the generated archive here.
