Faizan 0 Posted July 13, 2023 Posted July 13, 2023 Hello @Marcos , one of our clients is experiencing an issue with ESET blocking their URL. We have found that disabling the HTTP scanning under web access protection resolves the issue. We have attempted to exclude the URL in both URL and performance exclusions, but it has not been successful. Can you provide guidance on how we can resolve this issue?
Administrators Marcos 5,458 Posted July 13, 2023 Administrators Posted July 13, 2023 What url is it? Is malware detected there or the url is blacklisted?
Faizan 0 Posted July 13, 2023 Author Posted July 13, 2023 No malware detected not even blacklisted. what i understand is HTTP scanning is problematic when i disable HTTP scanning it start working fine immediately. otherwise it stay at loading and start working after loading of almost 30 mint.
