Deny an application access to a specific domain

we have a capability in interactive firewall that allow us deny special program access special IP. but many programs have dynamic IP and it is too hard for me to deny all IP.

how to i can block an program to access special domain?

Firewalls use rules based on IP addresses. DNS operates at a higher OSI model level called application level known as layer 7.

What you can do is block HTTP/HTTPS communication by adding the domain to the list of blocked URLs in the Web access protection setup.
