app hangs no response

hello respective admin and eset staff i am reporting app freeze and gui button missing i cant used it

Are you able to reproduce the issue at any time? If so, please raise a support ticket and provide:
- a dump of egui.exe
- logs collected with ESET Log Collector

Sir it occurs rarely on a rate of 4 out of 10

Some buttons will not respond and when accessinf  some setting there are missing words
