Hello eset admin i found a file in eset log colletor and it says some functions are inactive ?

Do you use e-mail client software? If so, what do you use; e.g Outlook, ThunderBird, etc.?

Then the inactive e-mail settings are N/A to your Eset installation.

I assume because the startup scan is only run at system startup or sig. update time.

The files collected by ELC are intended only for ESET staff, especially when it comes to features_state.txt. You may get confused since end users don't know how to interpret particular states.
