Hello. My mobile phone was stolen. I mistakenly clicked the option to turn off the protection instead of reporting the theft. Please advise. Thank you.

Unfortunately it is not clear what you mean. If you had ESET Anti-Theft enabled on the mobile phone, log into https://anti-theft.eset.com and mark the device as missing. You will then get the location and photos from the mobile phone, if reports to ESET.
