EFDE Issue

This week, there was an update released for EFDE.  I pushed the update out to a handful of end users after testing.  I had the update set to postpone the reboot for one hour.  The end users received this notification.  But after doing absolutely nothing with it, the endpoint rebooted within one minute vs. one hour.  Tested this again myself and I was able to replicate the problem.

Bug?

Hi @Trooper,

Looking at this screenshot, it looks as though it is ESET Endpoint Security that requires the reboot, not ESET Full Disk Encryption (EFDE).

Any chance you are also pushing an update to ESET Endpoint Security too that is causing this?

Hi Kieran,

Nope.  This was indeed for EFDE update. Either way, the endpoint should reboot within one hour not one minute lol.
