ComtechSys 0
I'm trying to setup ESET Firewall to work with my Sage Connection Manager. I know that it's firewall because if I pause the firewall and allow all connections, it works. If I disable the firewall, it doesn't work. So it's something that can be paused, but not disabled. Anyone figure out how to get Sage Connection Manager working with ESET Endpoint Security? I do have the "Evaluate Windows Firewall Rules" enabled so the applicable port is open. I am currently trying out different Advanced Firewall Rules to see if I can get it to work, but any help would be appreciated.
Solution ComtechSys 0 Posted December 1, 2022 Author Solution Share Posted December 1, 2022 Figured it out. I put the system into Interactive Mode until the applicable prompts appeared. The system needed to created rules to allow both of the following. It was likely the MYSQL that was the issue. SimplyConnectionMnanager.exe mysqldl.exe
