Deleting Malware

Hey, 

i would ask if ESMC automatically remove all malware detected on the system or should i change the settings?

It's not ESMC but it's the security product (ESET Endpoint Antivirus, ESET Endpoint Security,...) which is responsible for detecting and cleaning threats. In a managed environment cleaning is fully automatic.
