Please send the license key

i bought eset smart security premium on 22 of Sep 2022 after the payment i received an email saying "payment success and I will receive an email with product activation code within 48 hours" but now it is 3 days and i am not seeing any email in my inbox and now I thinking i have wasted my money 

if any eset employee or anyone who work in eset reading this please help

Please check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact the license seller and request a change of your email address since you are having issues with delivery to Hotmail.

we have check my spam or junk folder but iam no getting my key 

idont know contact no of license seller .

The license email cannot be sent to a different email address. In order to do that, the license issuer must change the email address on files first. You should be able to find the contact information on the license seller's website.
