Allan Brown 0
I have a licence for two laptops. One has been replaced as it crashed and not worth the cost of repair. I need to know how to migrate the licence from the dead laptop to the replacement
Administrators Solution Marcos 4,935 Posted July 20, 2022 Administrators Solution Share Posted July 20, 2022 You can revoke the license unit via the license manager in the ESET HOME portal.

I would like to transfer the Windows 10 Pro license to the new laptop. The key IS NOT an OEM key so I should be able to transfer my Windows 10 Pro license to the replacement computer correct? Alternatively I could buy a OEM key from a shady website but I feel like it would be in MS best interest to transfer my license. Since this question is about licensing MS Windows, you'd better ask Microsoft. However, as long as your license is not OEM, you should be able to use it on a new machine.
