How to add mobile device to paid licence

I have an existing paid  licence and I am trying to link my cellphone to that licence but I am unable to do so. It seems that I can only add a 30 day free trial. Please can you advise how I can do this.

Does your registration email address t.....3@gmail.com match the address used in Google Play Store? If not, you can enter your license key via the main menu of ESET Security -> License.

Yes it should. I haven't used any other email address
