ESET Mobile Security infected?

Hello all,

I have ESET Mobile Security on my phone (Huawei P20) and suddenly I have received a pop-up notification "Security threat: It seems that ESET Mobile Security has been infected. We recommend immediate uninstallation". I am wondering what to do in this case? Is it possible that this pop-up is false alarm?
