mwalters 0 Posted September 18, 2014 Posted September 18, 2014 I am still having issues with spam getting through that is above the threshold of the score I have set to mark as spam. I have anything over 70 set to spam, but I am getting mail ratings that are 75 and above passing through. is there a rule I could create that states that any mail with a 70 or above be sent to the quarantine mailbox? I have attached some screenies as proof. Thanks Mike..
Former ESET Employees anthonyh 15 Posted October 3, 2014 Former ESET Employees Posted October 3, 2014 Based off of the settings in the screenshots that you have posted, the messages marked at 76 should have been quarantined just like the others. Can you open the logs and take a look at the Event logs to see if any modules have had any issues loading? Also, make sure there isn't anything in the allowed lists that would be letting these messages bypass the ESET antispam agent.
