Administrators Marcos 4,233 Posted May 21 Administrators Share Posted May 21 Please elaborate more on the issue. Is the user unable to log in locally or only via RDP? After a brute-force attack detection the user should be able to log in after 10 minutes again.

Administrators Marcos 4,233 Posted May 21 Administrators Share Posted May 21 I assume it should be possible via Setup -> Network protection -> Temporary IP blacklist or from the ESET PROTECT by applying a policy with the appropriate IDS exception.
