Administrators Marcos 5,399 Posted February 18, 2022 Administrators Share Posted February 18, 2022 I'd recommend that you continue as follows: 1, Uninstall ESET 2, Run the ESET Uninstall tool in safe mode and make sure that ESET is not detected 3, Install Endpoint from scratch. Should the problem persist: 1, Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support 2, Reboot the machine 3, Disable logging 4, Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and provide the generated archive.
