"Malicious file HTML" Notification with no Virtual Total info?

Recommended Posts

Not sure how to handle this. We have a website that employees use regularly that is always flagged with a "Malicious file HTML/Phishing.Agent.B" detection. When I go to the Virus Total page for the hash, it says "Page not found". When I put the site into Virus Total manually, it says "No security vendors flagged this URL as malicious".

Is this a false positive? What could be triggering it?

I scanned the web site at Quttera and Sucuri and both show web site is clean of malware.

Suggest you submit a FP detection to Eset per shown in forum FAQ section.
