The download is slow

When I download https://download.eset.com/com/eset/apps/business/ees/windows/latest/ees_nt64.msi, the speed is very slow or even timed out. This is the result of wireshark. Can you help me to see the problem? ,thanks!

what are the download speeds approximately? 

Does the speed increase over time, or the stays nearly the same?

Can you share the Wireshark log with me privately to check? 

To be able to check it we need the capture to start few moments before the download and stop, once the time out occurs or few minutes of a slow download.
