Certificates

Good morning,

To clarify, we have two certificates, one of them was created with no intention but it began to be used and that create a problem. We then re-established the old certificate and everything went back to normal. What we noticed after was that we still have 355 agent certificates being used in this old certificate that we don’t want. 
We would like to know if there is any possibility to merge the two certificates?
Is there any solution that you are aware of or if this has ever happened to someone?
