Url Blocking Limits

When using ESET to block URLs, is there a suggested limit or any known range that starts causing slower performance?

 

There are some URL blocklists out there that are over 300,000 urls to block.  Would that not slow down performance?

It shouldn't cause any issues, however, the maximum number of the file with a list of urls should be 1 MB.
