Hi

Is there anyway to exclude this from being detected. We use Connectwise Control with our clients, but our clients can no longer download it because the AV we sell them blocks it.

You can create a detection exclusion on the Detections screen in the ESET PROTECT console.

Thanks, that only helps users that are connected to PROTECT Console though.

You can also configure detection exclusions manually in the advanced setup.
