LauraD 0
Since the update, new network connection detected window keeps popping up, however, unable to select Home/Work/Public for my Wi-Fi connection as the drop down menu doesn't work. This means this window keeps popping up. Any solution or any update aiming to resolve this issue?
Administrators Marcos 5,277 Posted April 10, 2021 Administrators Share Posted April 10, 2021 Do you have the latest version of ECSP 6.10.600.0 installed? Are you able to change other ECSP settings? Please collect logs as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb3404 and open a ticket with your local ESET distributor.
LauraD 0
HI Marcos, Thank you for your quick reply. I have used the LogCollector, however, the file is too big, hence why I'm unable to attach it and submit a ticket. Can you please advise an alternative way? Thanks, Laura
Administrators Marcos 5,277 Posted April 10, 2021 Administrators Share Posted April 10, 2021 You can upload it to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Dropbox, etc. and provide customer care with a download link.
nycborn 0
I have the same issue - since update the "New network connection detected" window pops up but I am unable to select a profile for this network, so I can not select OK and when I select Cancel it just comes back. So far from what I can see the network traffic is not being blocked.
