[ISSUE] License Manager Show Blank Page

Hello ESET people. When I want to go to https://my.eset.com/license to manage my licenses, the screen goes completely blank. This problem has happened to me for several months. What could be the problem? Thanks

Try clearing cache and cookies or using another browser.

Thanks for the reply Marcos. I always use Google Chrome but I tried Internet Explorer and it gave me the same problem, so I logged out of the account and logged in again with Chrome and it worked. I didn't clean any cookies or cache. I don't know what could have happened, but hey ... problem solved! Thanks. Greetings from Argentina
