Eset not loading/ opening

I purchased a new key, previous customer, my computer was inactive for some time.  When I tried to open my eset to activate it on my laptop, it will not open, it also will not uninstall?  I even had the tech at Microcenter attempt to uninstall it as well.  How do I uninstall my current eset without having to buy some program to remove it?

You can run the ESET Uninstall tool in safe mode to remove ESET completely before you install the latest version from scratch.
