Endpoint securty 8.0

i have 3000 clients and servers i can not remote desktop to my servers.

Before upgrading to version 7.3, I could remotely connect to servers on the network.

But since it was upgraded from version endpoint antivirus 7.1 to versions endpoint antivirus 7.3 and 8.0, I have been receiving the following warning

Does temporarily disabling network attack protection or another protection module make a difference? Just to make sure, does the error occur on machines with ESET Endpoint Antivirus installed and you don't have ESET Endpoint Security? Is an ESET security product installed on the machine 192.168.0.5?

The installed version is endpoint antivirus 8.0

and this server efsw 7.3 installed

but Removing eset antivirus opens the remote or

to deactivate check box allow remote connection only from computers runnig remote decktop .....

 

This problem has occurred since the upgrade to version 8.0, and version 7.1 clients are able to remotely run on servers.

Which of the following makes the issue go away?
- pausing protection
- disabling HIPS + rebooting the machine
- disabling real-time protection in the advanced setup
- disabling network attack protection in the advanced setup
