Unfortunately without getting the sample or at least knowing a hash of the file we cannot tell for sure. If you are referring to actual malware and not a false positive, it's very likely that it's detected by ESET. However, Win32/Zpevdo is a very generic detection which covers also some Android threats and I've seen also quite many benign cracks detected with this name too.
