Updating from 7.02 to 7.3

We have a large amount of clients on 7.02 of ESET Endpoint.  Is there a way to update them from the portal to 7.3, or are we going to have to manually update them all?  We have tried the update option on the portal, but it has not pushed through the update to multiple computers that we have tested on.

You can accomplish it by sending a software install task to clients. When creating the task, select Endpoint 7.3. Since Endpoint is already activated, you don't need to select a license, otherwise re-activation would be performed.

If you have more clients in the network, I'd recommend making sure that you have an http proxy installed and agent is configured to connect through it. This will ensure that the installer will be cached and won't be re-downloaded by agent on other clients. Do it in batches; start with one client and continue with a batch then, etc.
