The most important setting you changed is allowing SMB access to Admin shares. This will prevent for example, most remote PsExec attacks.

As far as the other settings, Eset in-product online help has adequate descriptions on what those settings are used for. It's up to you to decided what is best secuity-wise for your individual environment.
