MainBoardSearch malware on clients mac

I installed Cyber Security Pro on a clients iMac and it detected a malware infection - MainBoardSearch - I have manually removed as much of it as I can find and yet ESET is still cleaning files generated by the malware.  All the manual remove software appears to be for Windows and not mac, I really need to fully remove this malware and ESET just isn't doing it.  Any ideas?  I've been using ESET for many years but it seems to struggle with this one.

What is ESET continually detecting? Please post the appropriate record(s) from logs.
